    Come up with a solution, it is far from simple....

    With rfference tip I measure bouth spheres before I start auto calibration rutine. I also heave a rotine to chek tips one to another and the laser and it is within tolerance.

    Maybe it's the calibration of the laser which is bad ?
    How do you perform it ?
    How do you link tactile and laser calibration spheres ?

    Hello,

    I heave a part witch I measure tactile and with laser on a Global CMM on the same fixture.
    With the laser I get constant deviation to the tactile measurment. I would like to offset some laser mesured features for the difference, any ideas how? The nominals must stay the same, only the measured xyz need to be offset.

    The laser masurment needs to be fast so i don´t heave time to scan slower or 2 time to get better results, also the part does not help because the sheet matal parts are reflecting.
