Funky alignment or wrong workplane. Without posting code we really cannot help diagnose.

Explanation- PC-DMIS is just as confused as we are, lack of information, gives you incorrect results, lack of information to us, gives you bad results. I will say this, the top picture you are reporting a point that is only controlled by 2 datums, not locking down all 6 degrees of freedom. and it is calculated using Y and Z, your Legacy callout is controlled by your current alignment all 6 degrees are lockdown, if you did it right, and is calculating X and Y. Post your code and we'll try and help.

and also to add top one you are reporting directional and the rest, your treating as a diameter, Put your little diameter symbol in there.

        something...
I've seen this behavior with sketchy alignment features.

        For example:
        LEVEL to PLN_A.
        ROTATE to CIR_B AND CIR_C.
        ORIGIN...

Legacy dims work fine, but I forgot to DATDEF.

        DATDEF/FEATURE=PLN_A,A
        DATDEF/FEATURE=???,B ugh.
        Construct LIN_B from CIR_B to CIR_C.
        DATDEF/FEATURE=LIN_B.B

        XactMeasure returns a different result.

One screenshot is worth a thousand Need more info
Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity...

          Hello
Solved. DATUM formed from a cylinder and those formed from circles at different depths from CAD data. The DATUM created in this way cannot be used. It must be created from straight lines.

Thank you all for your opinions
