  • To excel

    Using from the file menu:

    File>Printing>Report Window print Set-Up> EXCEL

I have it set to report as a CSV. When I run offline and the 1st run online the Excel report saved in this format:
    F10_X UNITS MM
    F10_X Dimension Location (F1) X 1.53 1.588594 0.13 0.13 0.058594 0
    F11_M UNITS MM
    F11_M Dimension 2d Distance (DATUM_C,SCN24.HIT[1]) M 250 1368.14 250 0 1118.14 868.1403
    F12_D UNITS MM
    F12_D Dimension Location (CYL46) D 343.36 343.36 0.1 0.1 0 0
    F13_TP UNITS MM
    F13_TP Dimension Position (CYL46) X 0 7.171144 7.171144
    F13_TP Dimension Position (CYL46) Y 0 4.65606 4.65606
    F13_TP Dimension Position (CYL46) DF 343.36 343.36 0.1 0.1 0 0 0
    F13_TP Dimension Position (CYL46) TP 0 17.1002 0.2 0 17.1002 16.9002 32.99474

But after the 1st run the rest reported like this:
    F10_X UNITS MM
DIMENSION DESCRIPTION FEATURE AXIS SEGMENT NOMINAL MEAS +TOL -TOL BONUS DEV OUTTOL DEVANG DATUM SHIFT EFFECT UNUSED ZONE SHIFT X SHIFT Y SHIFT Z ROTATION X ROTATION Y ROTATION Z
    F10_X Dimension Location (F1) X 1.53 1.575849 0.13 0.13 0.045849 0

    F14_D Dimension Location (DATUM_A) D 300.9 300.9068 0.1 0.1 0.006812 0

Any logical reason as to why?

I need the Excel formatting to look like the top format

Make sure your Field information is set up properly in your print commands. I looks like it is adding the labels on each line.
