  • Editing rtf report

I'm trying to start saving reports in RTF format so that I can edit out things like the calibration results and dimensions used for manufacturing but are not customer required dimensions. I saved a test report and even though I have the CMM report as text only I still can't highlight anything after I print it. I'm using PCD 2020 R1 and Word 2013.

The report template that claims to be TEXT ONLY will only be TEXT ONLY if you also right-click on the Pcdmis report (in a blank area), edit object, and turn on TEXT ONLY.

There's a setting in the settings editor which I think you need to set to either 1 or 2 (default is 0 I believe).

Something like DONUTUSEAMYUNIRTF of something, but if you search for DONOTUSEAMY you'll find it.

Consult the help files for full information on the setting.

Matthew, I did right click on the report window and tell it text only.

I'll look in the settings editor, but I don't think IT has given me the permissions needed to edit it.

Changed DONUTUSEAMYUNIRTF from '0' to '1' and it works fine now.

I entered DONUTUSEAMYUNIRTF in the search but nothing came up. What section is it in?
