Our company manufactures large components with multiple operations and a variety of Turn (lathe), Mill (CNC), and Gear machines are used. we have a requirement per the customer(s) for 1st article (PPAP) to document all required data via CMM. Typically due to time constraints we find ourselves conducting manual readings in lieu of creating a program until final stages. Is there a way to create a template that when each "manual" data set is obtained it will continuously report out onto the same template, as a running total data set?
