We just received programs from another facility. When I try to use the control keys and F keys, nothing happens. What would cause this?

None of the CTRL keys will work: CTRL Q, CTRL E, CTRL U, F3, F5, F10.Comment

Contact IT so they can tell you to restart your computer.Comment

Make sure that you don't have more than one program open or an extra dialog window open somewhere. Also, a restart wouldn't hurt as has been mentioned.Comment

Gotcha, yeah that is super odd. Maybe copy and paste the program body in to a new program and delete the old one?
Besides that I would say reinstall or contact HexagonPlease Join The Effort.
