strange Z location

I have a part with a plane measured by a patch scan.
I select hits in a COP, then I create another plane by filtering 99% of hits, just to see the difference of Z and ijk between both planes.
Distance between planes and Z assignment are ok, location is wrong, even if the alignment is right.
Could it be a bug ? (2019R2SP5)
