My company just bought a new control box (Mitutoyo M8504052) , but it doesn't seem to connect? There is only one connection to the control panel, and it's plugged in and gives power. The lights on the control box lights up, but I can't seem to "unlock" the box. No one at the company knows anything about the CMM, so i'm at a lost to get any information. Any help is much appreciated, Thank you!

lets eliminate the easy stuff first, did you reboot the computer and controller, shut every thing down and do a complete restart to see if it gets recognized -

Yes, I rebooted everything. Disconnected the control box and reconnected it to no avail.Comment

is the new control box (Mitutoyo M8504052 ) same as the old control? if not there may be some software / drivers that need updated to communicate. have you contacted mitutoyo ?.Comment
