I am currently working with 2019 R2 CAD ++ Offline and am having an issue with scanning. When I open up any of the scanning options and go into the cad controls I cannot select any surface but if I close out of the scanning option I can select the surfaces I am trying to select in the scan option. Has anyone seen this issue?

CAD Corrupted, You'll spend hours and get nowhere, Have your engineer to recreate it or export it in a different type of file, IGES, STEP, or whatever. You may not get it to work, unfortunately you may be screwed on this. This happens quite to often with me.(In Memory of my Loving wife, "Ronda" who I lost March 7, 2016. I love you baby.)They say "Nobody's Perfect." I must be Nobody.

Thanks everyone. I did have the select box checked and in DCC. I ended up getting it to work but did take a while. We use an external alignment so we bring our part models into Creo as a step and then export the part and alignment plate out as an IGES. I will try and bring the part models into creo as an IGES and see if this helps. Thanks!
