  • Export CSV (XYZ, IJK, ID, etc.)

This maybe a long shot. I'm not wanting a results file, I'm wanting to create CSV files that has the measured items (XYZ IJK) that other software's can import. I've searched and most of what I've found is how to export the results, that's not what I'm looking for. I'm very green when it comes to the PCDtoExcel wizard (never really had a reason to use it), I've looked at it and tried it and it's not using the format I'm looking for. See the picture, this is an example that the format PC-DMIS can import along with other programs. This was pulled from the help file on how to import. This is what I want to export with PC-DMIS.

You looking to export just nominal XYZIJK data?

DES files will export nominal data. Looks like this (more or less, the formatting is lost when pasting here). You have the option of exporting measured data or nominal data. You also have the option of having the decimal point in the file as well.
    Code:
    LINE P005 1 1 1 00000090
    210834 -54314 12971 -100000 0 0 00000100
    LINE P010 1 1 1 00000110
    219597 -62905 8575 -16446 0 98638 00000120
    LINE P012 1 1 1 00000130
    222313 -58513 10691 0 -86603 50000 00000140
Generic export will export the measured values, BUT, if you run the program offline first, then the measured values are nominal and it looks like this:
    Code:
    P005 HITS, 2108.329408, -543.140000, 129.710000, -1.000000, -0.000000, 0.000000
    P010 HITS, 2195.970778, -629.050000, 85.749331, -0.164456, -0.000000, 0.986384
    P012 HITS, 2223.130000, -585.276806, 106.995336, -0.000000, -0.866025, 0.500000
Of course, the way you are exporting now (CSV) will export 'nominal' data also, if you run the program offline before exporting.
