Minimizing Graphics Display Window 2019 R2

Somehow the graphics display window is locked in full screen and will not allow me to minimize or drag a corner to reduce the size. I normally have the edit window on the left half of the screen and graphics display on the right.
Anybody have this issue before?

Try going to Window in the menu and selecting tile vertically and see if that helps.
