I'm a 15 year Calypso programmer & fairly new to DMIS...Is there a way to show points on the CAD model that have been scanned for a circle or plane or even a scan segment?

If you go into any of the construction dialogues and select the scan, you should be able to see the individual points in the graphics window and select them for your construction.

Are you talking about the "Show Measured Points Toggle"?

What version are you using? In recent version (around 2018 onwards), when you select a feature from within any of the construction dialogues, that features individual points get displayed in the graphics window. This was done to make it easier to construct features from the hits of others. In the screenshot below, you can see I have selected SCN1 and all of that scans individual hits are displayed (as crosses in this case). I have hovered over one of the hits (SNC1.Hit[86].points.png
