  • Can't get -Z- axis to report

I'm using PC-DMIS version 4.1, the problem I'm having is, when I try to get a -Z- axis dimension from a hole to hole, or anything it will not give me the option, my only options are, to feature, -X-, or -Y-. I have other programs written that it does give me this option. Need some help on this one..

Wrong work plane. If you are in the Z work plane, you CAN not get a 'Z' axis distance.

I am assuming a distance dimension is being asked for. Distance dimensions are workplane specific, for a "Z" type of distance dimension you will need to in the "X' or "Y" workplane in order for PC-DMIS to "see" the distance properly.

Studies have shown that alcohol results in a smaller brain. I think that is what is happening to me. I can't be the "{first poster" to save my sole.

Only if you drink more than 14 drinks per week - we're all screwed.

I actually didn't see the study. Are they absolutely shure it's the alcohol causing the shrinkage. I mean had the study's subjects been in the pool?
