  • Margin too big, Paper too small Error

I can't figure out why I keep getting this error lately: Margin too big, Paper too small...

I've also had issues with the program when I try to do a File-->Save. I've had to save it back to 3.5 from 3.7MR3 and I've noticed that I've been having these types of error with several but not all of the programs I've been running for the last few months???

Is Don giggling right now... maybe he sabotaged you?

Try a different printer even if it is only the PDF.
      Maybe reinstall the print driver.

I peered over there a few times and I didn't see him giggling... LOL...
We tend to be pretty cordial around here (the two of us anyway) and assist each other more than mess with one another. Now the other guys (if they ever get on the machines), that would be another story...

It's doing it on both the local printer and PDF. I tried re-installing the local printer last week and it still pops up on occassion. I think it's got something to do with running that 4.1MRCrap on occcassion but I haven't figured it out yet...

Nah, I don't think it could have done that but I can't even do a print preview...

Are you sure that it is the margin that is too big and the paper that is too small? I am thinking of another "P" word that might work here. Can't think of any "M" words though, meat-locker perhaps? We should be getting some spam that will help you out with this problem if you can wait. I mean you've lived with it this long right?

I saw you had posted in here and imagined it would be something along those lines.

The reall, really ODD thing about that is, You can't DO anything to the margins in Pcdmis, UNLESS you are using:
                          Hyper report (possibly)
V4+ wher eyou make your own report forms.

                            Are you using hyper reporting?

                            Is it program specific?

Is it operator specific, ie different window logons?

Are these standard PCDMIS program with no extra crap like scripts, etc...?
