With PC-DMIS 2026 R2 SP7 they'll get all the bugs worked out. That's about how long it took them to get a lot of the bugs worked out with Xact when it was introduced in 2010-ish.

Is possibility to edit nominals value in FCF turn off in 2020R2?
Sometimes blueprint has little different compering to the model and it will be nice to have this back...

If I understand now your recommendation is to sitting with calculator and checking every coordinate if is ok or not? Is this programming speed up?
When I programming I just choosing features on the model, create alignments, move points etc. On this stage everything going almost automatically like it should.Then when I calling dimensions and observe that something need fine tuning I can easy change.
For me is no problem, to have nominal from model for example 21.998 when drawing has 22.000 but many customer have. Now you taken this possibility. Don't be surprise, that many programmers using old fashion legacy method...

darius I am not suggesting the use of a calculator at all. Program using your CAD model while you have a blueprint handy. After each feature creation, check to make sure that your theoretical values are correct. If they are not, then fix them at the time of feature creation.

It would be a shame if customers are using legacy dimensions just because they don't want to make sure that their theoretical values are correct. That is just part of being a thorough programmer.

Is not a shame to have more possibilities and using this. It is just flexibility.

Good luck getting Engineering to make immediate changes!!! We need flexibility as inspectors to get our job done and then make comments on the needed changes. Still sometimes will not happen by the time your measuring the same item again.....
