I have the files in all versions up to and including the 2019R2 folder. I do not have them in my 2020R1 folder.Comment

C:\Program Files\Hexagon\PC-DMIS 2020 R1 64-bit\Training\hexblockNP.cad is where I found it in 2020
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Hexagon\PC-DMIS\*VERSION NUMBER*\CAD\Hexblock.CAD for versions from 2015.1 and up.
