  • Show Hit Targets

So something has happened with my PCDMIS at some point in the last month where it will only show hit targets when I'm moving the CAD around or zooming in and out. The toggle is clicked so it should be showing all the time, is there a another place I can check in settings or something? Thanks in advanced.

    Hi CubsFan34 ,

Which version of PC-DMIS are you using?

I hate to sound like an IT guy but try re-booting the computer, this usually helps fix these little glitches for me.

2018 was awful when it comes to graphic glitches.

Would recommend going up to 2020 if you can.

Your first problem is your a Cubs fan,

            Goto to EDIT/Graphic Display Window/OpenGL

check and see what Video Card you are using, (Please display it on here) making sure your not using the motherboard one, if it has one.

When's the last time you updated your Video Driver?

JesseB413 Yeah probably will never use that much, but you never know, so just in case. I'm covered.

Cubs fans are not a problem except to themselves and Andy Reid cheeseburger haters
If you have the SMA ability and are not handcuffed by your IT police? Try using 2018 R2. You'll find it's a bit better. (not as many graphics annoyances)

Both my seats of PCDMIS are doing it now. Both using the video card and not the mother board. The newest video card is Nvidia Quadro M2000 with its most recent driver update available (12-2019) the other is an AMD Radeon HD 7000 Series with its most recent driver available (2-2016)

Try Edit > Graphics Display Window > Display Symbols

Check what your path lines diameter is set to (or try increasing it)
