2020 R1 SP1 Crashing when printing to PDF

I just updated my PC DMIS to the latest release (2020 R1 SP1) and every time that I try to print to PDF it crashes, and kicks me out of PC DMIS. It does not matter if I manually try to print to PDF or if I auto output the report to PDF it crashes! Is there any patches available for this bug yet?

Can you provide more detail? I just checked and there are no bugs logged relating to what your seeing. If possible the program and steps are ideal. If the program cannot be shared the steps will help. You may want to contact tech support and get an item logged. A few questions. Are you using homepage or summary mode preview? Does the window asking to submit a crash report appear?

I have ran this program many times in PC DMIS 2016 without any issues printing to PDF whether I manually print it to PDF or set it to auto output the report to PDF. I am running in command mode and it does ask for me to submit a crash report every time which I have been doing.

I have found the reports. I'll take a look to see if there are clues.

I would try reinstalling the pdf drivers (found in PDFDriverInstallFiles directory).

it is a graphic driver issue. I just recovered from it, update the graphic card. Nividia just released the patch two weeks ago.
