Hi I have created a new excel report template for 2019 R1 with conditional formated cells.But the cells do not work once I save into the pcdimis.. Any ideas?

cmhall Many users have raised concerns about this issue and others associated with the Excel Form Report and Hexagon is working on a fix (PCD-178971), scheduled for 2021 R2.
Many users have complained that:
Formulas do not carry over.. but one user writes formula go but not conditional formatting
Conditional formatting is not carried from template to Report
Maintain formulas in template
Keep previously made excel charts in the output
