Dimensions good but reporting bad

I have an program that every dimension reports out bad even if it is good. Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you have the correct tolerances and nominals? How do you know they are "good"? Please either show some code or post a picture.

Run it offline and this will re-set all dimensions and features to their nominals? What does it look like ? Your deviations should be 0.0
