How to Close/Kill STI+ from a PC-DMIS Part Program

Is there a command you can put at the End of a PC-DMIS Program that will Close/Kill STI+ forcing the operator to re-start it ?

We have a Part Program that gages (3) parts. If you run it under STI+, you have to close it and re-start it every time you run the program. If you don't, you won't get the 2nd page of data or that data in PC-DMIS (for me to pull out and send offsets to the machine).
I've work with Hexagon on it several times, but we have failed.

Well in theory you could run a script that will kill a process, but whether that would then kill the PCDLRN (PC-dmis process) as that was the process that spawned it I don't know.
