Friday afternoon our Microflex pfx "4,5,4" went down. (Machine Not Responding)
Called Hexagon They troubleshooted the problem over the phone (Controller $$$$$$) Told them we had a service contract they had a service tech in our plant 9:30 am today with a new controller repaired our machine back up measuring parts 10:30 am.
Management askes if the Service Contracts are worth the $$$$.
