Hi can any body help. I have a First article excel sheet that I have created for the PC dimis 2019 . I have added a few formulas but when I save a enabled worksheet it does not appear in the drop down menu.

You must put your Excel template in the same folder that the others excel templates bildskärm_014.jpg are stored, were to put yours, look at picture..
