Program does not match visual path

I am writing a program to measure points in a groove. Everything looks great on screen animated fine.

I go to run the program and my last set of 3 point does not go the correct way within the clearance cube.

I re do the path lines and it shows it going into the part. I animate it and it runs correct. I am beyond confused and have mulitple hours into this

Clearance cube is all good. then the program does this

the last dives in and wants to start inside the part

I know nothing about clearance cube.....old timers dont use it only newbs !!!! Maybe the vector of your features is wrong ?

Where is your origin at? Did you transform your part. It looks like you have your z- on.
