Make sure the two circles are in the same plane/height/level.
Construct pierce point - select the two circles
If the point ends up at the wrong intersection, flip the direction of one (maybe both) circles and try again.PC-DMIS CAD++ 2o22.1 SP2

For a "cylinder" I would just do circles/pierce points at multiple heights and construct a line from the pointsPlease Join The Effort.

Know this is barely legible... but that .21" +/- .030" dimension on the left side of the print is the intersection of those two radii... supposedly....
