  • Measuring holes and cylinders - not working correctly 2019 R2

What is up with the measuring of holes and cylinders - USING 2019 r2 The depths don't work correctly and problems with pitch not always working, -I have to edit the individual hits. Any work arounds?

What I have found out; create the cylinder, then go back and edit the parameters. PC-DMIS is not 'updating' when correcting the inputs initially. But after creating the feature, edit your parameters and should work. Also ensure you void detection is turned 'off'.

Check whether void detection is on - it can (and in fact frequently does) play havoc with path lines.

Yes, I've had similar, if not the same exact problem before and it turned out to be that I had void detection on.
