I have a Defined path PRG. for one of my Airfoils. We have had this program running already and we run it using Bladerunner . My last part that I scanned using this program was on 2/4/2020 and I got all 10 sections . I went to run a part the other day ( in Bladerunner ) and it skipped the first 4 sections on the blade only getting 6 sections to report. I went and opened it in Pcdims ( making sure to delete any temp files first) and the same thing happens in Pcdims. What I found was there is a part ( Global Variables ) in the beginning of the program that show all the section heights and Assigns a 1 or 0 . The 1st example below is off of my PRODUCTION CMM that uses the same program. The 2nd example below is off of the FINAL INSPECTION CMM were I am having the issue. If I change those 0's ( IN RED ) back to 1's and try to run it again in Pcdims it is changing those 1's back to 0's . I have also taken this program and run it in my offline seat and it will do the same thing , skipping those 4 sections. I change those 0's back to 1's and it will run all sections on my OFFLINE seat.Does this part of the program use any other sub programs or files to run? What is causing these to change back to 0's ?

Maybe you could ASSIGN/ZERO=0 and ASSIGN/ONE=1 at the start, then use ZERO and ONE insrtead of 0 and 1 ?

There is a sub that runs on the local drive of each terminal: C:\BLADERUNNER\BLADE.BAS which I would place on a network location, and in the EDIT/SET UP/PREFERENCES tab there is a box to make variables globally visible , it REALLY mucks things up, but it makes ALL recall programs , features and alignments dump to the drop down menus. it might "tickle" your variables back into the buffer , check it, try it, then un check it and try it again. Even sometimes just running "show path lines" straightens out variables too.

The real issue is that BLADE RUNNER:
      BLADERUNNER.jpg

      and BLADE:
      BLADE.jpg

are mutually exclusive entities not bound by any library link.

So now all the ASSIGN/SECT 1 thru 10 are 0's now.?????????????

        ASSIGN/SECT[1]=0
        ASSIGN/SECT[2]=0
        ASSIGN/SECT[3]=0
        ASSIGN/SECT[4]=0
        ASSIGN/SECT[5]=0
        ASSIGN/SECT[6]=0
        ASSIGN/SECT[7]=0
        ASSIGN/SECT[8]=0
        ASSIGN/SECT[9]=0
        ASSIGN/SECT[10]=0
