Best Fit aligenement steps ?
Hello Guys
I have been searching for best fit alignment topics but could find any with basic walktrought steps on how to perform it , i only found that you require iterative alignment first , and that's it
can you guys please walk me trough the basics , why would u use best first if my ittertaive alignment was successful , after iterative what next ? how is it done (the best fit) i hv heard that you need to make many probes , the content on this subject is rare , i would be so gratufll for any possible help
