I have a tabulated dwg, 15 sections which encompass a diameter (D) +/-.003 and a location (Y) +/- .005. Measuring 4 flutes with varying taper. I have created cones at each section, intersected a circle/cone diameter.

Question: How do I get the the "BEST" diameter at a given Y location. I tried IF/THEN but failed miserably. And I am trying to stay away from inputs, if possible
