  • Results to file or Export to XL

    Good afternoon.

Unfortunately I have to run about 50 parts through my CMM. For each part there will be about 50 points to be recorded.
I want to automate the program as much as I can as an operator will be running them.

Does anybody know of code that will send the data to a file or the best way to record this data?

I am using 2012mr2 with no data page.

    Thanks in advance.

Someone wrote a nice excel spreadsheet that does what you're looking for. It's on here somewhere. If memory serve me well, it only works with Legacy (I mean who in their right mind use anything else?!).

    Edit: here it is
Hello, Attached to this post is the latest version of the Excel spreadsheet I use to pull dimensions from PC-DMIS. This is especially useful when you have multiple parts to run and you want all the dimensions on one sheet. There have been a few minor changes from the original. The most significant change was to add support

I think I have that Spreadsheet somewhere. A guy from the Atlanta area created it. Btw, what’s wrong with Xact? I love it.
