    Is there a way to loop my DCC 321 alignment till it gets the nominals within.0005"

    you can use do/until command (presuming pln is z level/zero, line is rotated to X about z & Y origin, and point is X origin)
    assign\v1 =0
    do/
    measure 3pt plane (pln1)
    measure 2pt line (lin1)
    measure 1pt (pnt1)
    assign\v1= abs(pln1.tz - pln1.z) + abs(lin1.ty - lin1.y) + abs(pnt1.tx - pnt1.x)
    until\ v1<= 0.0015

    (pseudocode)
    don't forget a clearplane or move to clear your part.

      sooo bored, doing an msa on 1 position, 10 parts, runtime is 6 minutes per part... yawn.

      Umm, or you could use "Iterative" alignment and set the tolerance radius to .0005"...
