How do you expect any of us to know this answer?
We are a community of peers here. we have no access to your PC and are not employed by hexagon.

Your *.PRB files and *.RESULTS files should be located in the same folder.
Search your PC for *.PRB or *.RESULTS and see what comes up.

Just grabbing at straws here but...
Maybe F9 the "LOADPROBE" command, in the probe description double click the 2x50 and put a check by "Draw this Component"
I dunno...

maybe his 2x50 has M3 threads, that won't show up if he is using M2 components
