Autocalibrate program

Hi all,
Went from 2014.1 to 2019 R2, trying to run autocalibrate program. It runs the first probe 6x50master probe, but when it goes to 6x100 probe its about an inch above ball and stops. tried reset all tips still not working. tried to manually take hits for each tip and still no luck. I attached program for review.

any help would be great.

Whenever I have issues like this I measure each probe individually and then it works fine after.

It didn't give you an error? I just had a problem earlier, I made a new Autocal program and for some reason on one of the probes it would tell me there's no cal shpere. I deleted the sphere and re-added it and it worked

I've had this before several times. Its always been a corrupted probe file. Delete and remake the probe file and try it again. 100% success rate for me doing that.

I am testing the autocal function. I do not want the probe cal results on my report. How can I turn it off?

I make sure reset probe data to theoreticals is checked as well. you might have had a false-trigger in your last calibration attempt for that probe, which would make the machine think your probe diameter is enormous.

Or maybe even delete the probe and rebuild it could help. (would prob. be an annoyance tho if you have 50+ angles.

In such cases, I believe that redefining the "Z + Sphere" would be beneficial in a positive way.

Try to change to dcc before load master probe.
Your master is taking manual hit to find sphere anyway
