We use a Rayco table to set our parts up in freestate and are able to use iterative alignments in DCC mode. In November, the machine X axis and Y axis got switched by an operator. After fixing this, the CMM thinks the parts on the Rayco table are sitting 5 to 10mm higher than they actually are. Is there a way to adjust the Z axis on the machine instead of adjusting each individual program? I should add, we have calibrated the tips several times and they are in tolerance.
