  • Off-line Z is off the Charts

    Good morning,
I have noticed something this morning I though was very odd. I am programming from my offline seat in the lab. As I am going through the line, I noticed that the Z is way off from what the machine is . Is that normal?

Run it OFFLINE, see if everything zeros, and did you transform your model before writing the program? I would try it. choose NO alignment hasn't changed, if the numbers don't jive, then QUIT program , NOT CLOSE, It will ask, Quit without saving? Yes. That way if it didn't work, when you open it again it didn't save any changes including your "Z" Origining and so on.

Awesome. I did everything except origin Z. So, I’m going to origin Z in Man and Dcc. That should fix everything.
