Is there a way to turn off the probe rotation warning? I tried the settings editor and found headrotationwarn or similar and set it to zero. Restarted PC-DMIS and the warning is still there.

I don't think you can turn it off for when it is in MANUAL mode. It will always warn when in manual.sigpic

Well, if you have a manual head, it would be a bit stupid to turn off the message telling you to rotate it, wouldn't it?
The only way I know of to get rid of the question in that case is to define the probe *without* the rotating head...AndersI

Its pretty silly to have it continually pester you if there are no rotations in the program. Thanks, that is the answer I was looking for will define another probe head.Comment
