  • perpendicularity of a round slot

I have a call out on the part i am working on for the perpendicularity of a round slot. I can't figure out how to either measure, or create a cylindrical slot to be able to report the perpendicularity. I am running 2015.1.

Not an expert, but I'd make multiple slots at different depths and construct a 3d line out of all of them.

      That worked out great. Thanks

Are you sure the perpendicularity isn't set to the "straight sections" of the slots? Is it a diametrical perpendicularity tolerance?

It is called out to the straight walls of the slot, but wasn't sure of a better way to check it.

You could just measure each wall as a plane, construct a mid plane out of those, and use that for perp feature. Up to you.
