probe rack

Hi can anybody help. I have created a custom star probe with various probe lengths. My issue is that when I go to put probe into the rack at chosen location (6) the probe is catching the rack on the way to the location. Is there a setting I could adjust to stop this maybe increase the retract distance.?

Maybe in the probe changer setting window, click on "edit port data"

Then change clearance distance :



You could have also to change the mount point.

If it's just for a specific probe, you can set a clearance distance for that probe alone. In the probe utility window click on setup. Then under Clearance Distance add a value for "For tool changer port when probe is loaded:".
