  • “Waiting for response : GETPOS”

    Anyone know how to solve this problem? “Waiting for response : GETPOS”
    i always getting this pop-up when creating new program. I have to close the pcdmis then restart the machine to settle the error. Anyone know why this happen?

    software : 2019R1
    controller : FB2
    probe head : PH10M
    force sensor : TP200

    I would try to home the cmm.
    (edit/cmm setup/terminal/type "autzer").
    I think that the cmm loose the count (I don't know why...), so homing helps to re-find it.

    Or check the Energy Savings set in Windows - don't let Windows turn off (or lower) power to USB ports, serial ports or network cards, no matter how long the computer has been 'unused' (Windows often seems to only consider keyboard and mouse as 'use').

      Also disable FIFO buffering on the serial card.

      Did you try to type "status" in the terminal ?
      What is the answer ?

        I just solve the problem by clicking “use TCIP” and set the IP address. Thanks for your support
