Try swapping out the extension(s)/tip(s) and try again. You can narrow down if it's due to a module going bad or the extension/tip that is going bad. Also, make sure you don't have too long/heavy of a tip for the particular module you are using! You could also add a few more points to the calibration routine. I've also lowered my STD by a few tenths from changing from 13 hits to 17 hits for calibration.
