Alignment

Hello and thanks in advance.
I edited an existing program and used a different probe for the bulk of the program. I kept the same probe for the iterative alignment. After 3 iterations the alignment solves, but it is no longer in sync with the CAD model. (Everything is slightly off in the Z direction). I tried re-qualifying the tips, re-importing the CAD model, and re-homing the machine. None of these worked. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Run the Program in OFFLINE MODE, then transform your model, or do what Danny-boy told you to do
