  • Unable to modify hit locations in auto features

We recently updated from PC-DMIS 2014 to PC-DMIS 2019 and have noticed an issue. We are not able to modify the location of hit targets in auto features. The core manual states "You can also modify hit locations by simply selecting and dragging the lines with your mouse." but this does not seem to be the case. Has anyone seen this issue or have a fix we can try?

Works in my 2019 R2 SP1 installation. Might be a graphics card issue - check for updates to the graphics driver.

We are using 2019 R1 SP5. That was my first thought, but our graphics drivers are up to date.

Is void detection turned on in the auto features?

In 2019 R2 SP1, void detection is turned off as soon as I move a hit.

Hexagon support was able to identify and give us a fix to our problem. The issue is the default sizes of the path lines was too small to click on. The fix is to go to Edit>Graphic Display Window>Lighting, Materials>Symbols>Path Lines and change the diameter to 0.500 from 0.100, hit apply and OK.

      Isn't .100 smaller than .500? Did you mean 1.00?

That's what I initially thought too Schroknroll, Look closely though. It says TO .500 FROM .100

After you pointed it out I had to re read it twice before I finally saw it. That's bizarre how you read what you expect to see.
