Jogbox keep blinking

Controller : DC 241

The ON button keeps blinking when i restart the controller. But then when i press the ON button, the machine can run but the LED light still keep blinking.
Any idea on this case?

We have change new Jogbox and New Jogbox cable still same

So machine boots up, blinks while booting up, you press the machine start button (still blinking?) and air turns on? Probe is enabled?
When you open PCDMIS, does it successfully find HOME location?
All while machine start button is still blinking?

Yes. When open pcdmis machine can homing but the button still blinking.

Does it even try home itself after a restart? Yes I know it always should, but during our last calibration a file got corrupted, causing it to not communicate position with the controller. Jog the probe and watch the readout... does it follow?

If it is not trying to home at all after restart and bottom of the start screen x,y,z, does not track the probe as you jog it then you will probably need a tech. I do not know what the file was at issue unfortunately

For this case the machine can homing and it also track the probe as we jog it but the button still blinking.
