If they just gave you a report, you will need to wright a program in PC-DMIS to measure the same features.

Step 1: You can't. You would need a seat of Metrolog to export to DMIS, and if you had one you would simply run the program.

Step 2: Write your own complete independent program, correctly.

Step 3: Prepare for the skirmish when your inspection does not match their results:
3a. Invite the doubters of your results to send the parts to a 3rd party for verification.
3b. Ask politely for the "Ace Kreon" arm's current certification, results of it measuring a standard artifact, and records of the supplier's operator Metrolog training.
3c. Have copies ready of YOUR arm/machine current certification, results of it measuring a standard artifact, and records of your PC-DMIS training.

You've got to start over and measure the same features as they did. AFAIK, the two systems don't play well together.

edit: Come to think of it, I don't think PC-Dmis plays well with anybody else.

            Theoretically...

            - export the program to DMIS from Metrolog (if possible)
            - import the DMIS program in PC-DMIS
            - check the imported program and add features that may have been lost during conversion

            or...

            - get the program information from the supplier (datum features, alignments, etc.)
            - code your own in PC-DMIS
