    HI,
Just wondering why whenever I rotate the probe in the middle of the program it doesn't rotate complete angle for example: TIP/T1A0B0, SHANKIJK=.0016, -.0008, 1 ANGLE .1377 why is not

I would say it rotates to the complete angle, but the angle is a defect from the master probe.
If you reset to theo, answer yes the sphere moved, angle should be 0. (but do it only ith your master probe !)

All my probes are doing the same thing.

So it's time to choose a "master probe", calibrate it, and then calibrate all your probes...

I get in arguments every time I suggest an actual physical master probe, been using one since the 90's but others with 1 year experience keep telling me how dumb it is

Douglas : it's easy for me to understand them, because I thought it long time ago...

Let them playing with offset growing after each cycle homing / calibration and they will understand !!!!!

I've seen shops where the theoretical vs measured offsets for the probes were out by several inches. They just measure any new probe angle with Man+DCC and thought that was normal.

Sounds great, I did the master probe and calibrated all the probes but still having the same thing. any probe I use after the alignment doesn't read complete angle.
