is it OK to take class 201 directly without take 101 and how can I register for certification test for 101 online?

No. Hexagon won’t let you take the classes out of order.

Hex must've made a mistake with me... I took them really out of order!

Call them up, last thing I'd want to do to a potential costumer, with cash in hand, is discourage them from handing it over.
