  • Status Window Readout

This has probably been asked before but I have searched and searched and not been able to find the information I am looking for. I am using an Auto Circle feature to measure a radius. After my probe measures it, the status window displays X, Z and Diameter. What do I need to do in order for it to display the measurement as a radius rather than a diameter?

just select the R checkbox instead of the D

guess you need to create a report item to do that, status window viewing the feature itself is by a template chosen in settings editor I believe

thanks Douglas. I knew of checking the R instead of the D in the Dimensioning of the circle. Ultimately, yes that does give me the information I need. I was just asking for curiosity sake. I believe I had read somewhere the other day that there was a way to change the information in the status window when the Auto Circle is created. I have attached a pic to show what it looks like as of now. I'm wanting to know how to change this readout to radius rather than diameter. Capture.PNG

other than that all I can say is you could create a template to give what you want and select it as default in settings editor... unaware of a specific setting but might be one

I think it is the feature telling the label what to display.

if custom template cannot display radius then what is left? setting default feature to read radius would be about it?
