I'm trying to calibrate the master probe but I got error the diameter exceed the limits and when I checked the results my stddiv is .0001 and my warning is setup for .0002 any idea why I'm getting this error?

Wrong Size Probe? i.e. 1 mm probe instead of 2?

Double check your probe and calibration sphere size. Also make sure they are both completely clean.

Check the diameter of your calibration sphere. sometimes this error because we define a wrong diameter in that parameter

STD is not DIAM, one is an indication of roundness, the other is effective size. DIAM exceeding the limits is not the same as having a crappy STD.

Check for loose threaded connections then clean the ruby and artifact then try again.
