Anyone else get on board with this for a trial run? Apparently there's a free 'lite' version

We have it setup on one of our machines and it looks pretty slick! Shows that our utilization is close to 50%, which brings up some concerns regarding certain shifts slacking off.

While SFx seems snappy, what if our machine was sick?. Would show my company we have a 33% uptime for inspection of parts.with the Optiv 443 Performance Dual Z?? Would it mask the 66% of down time waiting for a Tech to fix the machine?? (it's been about that percentage lately!)
Maybe the SFx would shine with newer Global Advantages!

Do you run 24/7? 2 shifts?
33% utilization sounds like 1/3 or 24 hours to me... (an 8 hour workday, which means you are utilizing the machine at 100%, or second shift isn't doing a **** thing)

Unfortunately.... we only run a 1st shift. The Optiv is planned to get a new, bigger load of implants.... a doubling of customer orders. I think this machine is getting one last at bat to show the company it can carry it's part of the quality load.... (keeping a blindfold & cigarette for our Optiv just in case)
