Edit>Graphics Display Window> Lighting, Materials. At the bottom of the popup window there is a transparency section. Select Probe then make sure "Enable transparency" check box is unchecked.

On a side note, does anybody know how to fix a transparent probe in the graphics window?

Or re-check "Draw this component" when you double click on the probe build items within the probe utilities window (cursor on loadprobe command, hit F9)
